Hey there, my name is William Bunce, as you may have figured out. Most of the people here probably already know me, some may not. I was born on May 12 in Warren, Pennsylvania. I spent most of my life living in the small town of Youngsville, PA where I met some great friends.

I recently got out of the US Marine Corps and have gone back to doing what I love, being a civilian. I am now a military contractor, I provide satellite communications support to the United States Marine Corps. Thanks to that, myself and family are currently living in Okinawa, Japan.

I, also, recently married a fellow Marine (Ashley) who I've discovered is perfect for me. She doesn't put up with my crap, which causes clashes that are quickly reconciled. We just had our first son in January of 2009, Corey, who is everything in the world to me.

I am really into technology and different gadgets of all sorts, from Twitter and Web 2.0 to Xbox/PS3 to Satellite Communications. I'm also really into music, really - it doesn't matter what genre, as long as it's good, I'll probably enjoy it. On top of that I also enjoy a lot of other things that you can see throughout my site, as well as the other things I link to.

In 2002, myself and several of my friends started computer gaming more and more in tiny 3 man LAN parties. We decided that we had so much fun doing it, and since there was nothing of the sort in our area, we formed War Games LAN Parties (WGL). With that we started a web site that went through many different incarnations. We built a steady group of gamers, from upper New York state all the way to southern Pennsylvania, which gave us the opportunity to hold LAN parties consistently garnering upwards of 50 or more attendees. When I joined the Marine Corps, WGL went on a hiatus, except for several events held by the remaining members. We are currently trying to bring back the LAN group with one in Okinawa and some events back in the PA area.

To be continued...?
